About Kay Wolfersperger

Kay Wolfersperger is a creative lighting bolt based out of Savannah, GA, USA. She funnels her boundless energy into her illustrations and creates unique and compelling solutions for her clients such as Editions Auzou, Creative Bug, American Greetings and Design House Greetings. Her colorful and lively work often explores humor and positivity. Her mixed race background provides her invaluable insight and appreciation for diverse points of view and a penchant for empathy.

Wolfersperger cut her teeth in the creative world as a graphic designer after studying at the Savannah College of Art and Design where she earned a BFA in graphic design and a BFA in Fibers, the latter graduating as valedictorian. She forged her way through the design ranks working in house and for agencies until leaving her role as an art director to become a full time freelance creative. Her work spans stationery, packaging, advertising, editorial and surface design and her extensive experience and range of projects has instilled in her professionalism, discipline and respect for deadlines.

Wolfersperger loves the convenience and speed of working digitally but embraces the wobbly lines in her work that reflect the mastery of her craft and humanness in her process. She balances her robust creative entrepreneurship with running, lifting heavy and travel.
