We accept credit card payments via our invoicing system. Payments are processed at the time of shipment.

All shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Orders ship via UPS or USPS.

I am not responsible for any carrier delays.

Orders typically ship in 7-10 business days, but turn around times may vary.

Please submit any cancellations or changes to your order by phone or email within 24 hours of placing the order.

All sales are final and can not be returned once products have shipped. I accept exchanges for damaged products. Claims must be made via email within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Please email me at kay@kaywolfersperger.com.

Products must be sold in original packaging. Products may not be repackaged or rebranded. Products can not be sold on any third party websites (Amazon or Etsy) 

Due to the handmade nature of my products, slight variations are to be expected.
